This is a tutorial on what was installed on the computer and how to perform the actions to keep your system running smoothly.
These are the programs I have gone ahead and installed all the latest updates/ and installed a few of my recommended programs to keep you better protected.
1. UPDATED: .Mozilla Firefox + plus Add-ons Version 3.6.3 - Web Browser Alternative to Internet Explorer, Safer, Faster, Customizable.
The Recommended Add-On's I Included Are
Ad-Block Plus
( Blocks Website Ads/Banners/Pop-ups and other annoying things)
If You Prefer To View The Ads and/or Banners Just Click The Little Black Arrow On The ABP Stop Sign Icon & Select Disable
IE Tab
(This will open Internet Explorer Browser Within Firefox To Keep The Same Security You Rely On) Not All Websites Open With Firefox So If You Are Having Problems Seeing A Website or Videos Will Not Come Up Try Using Coral IE First Before Giving Up.
To Do This Just Click The Firefox Icon On The Bottom Right Hand Side Of The Browser Windows, This Will Switch It To Internet Explorer
2.Windows Security Essentials AntiVirus - This is your Top Rated Free Antivirus ( No need to register, you can have it for free and keep it as long as you have a genuine copy of the Windows Operating System.

Note: Some of the customers may have AVAST! Anti-virus PLEASE UPDATE to version 5.0 ( Released 1-20-2010), and it may need to be re-registered please go to the link. you can still use this it is still highly recommended.
3. CCleaner - 6/24/2010 UPDATED: Version 2.33.1184 is available! Latest Version - CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization tool. That removes unused and temporary files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster, more efficiently and giving you more hard disk space. The best part is that it's fast! (normally taking less than a 5 seconds to run) and Free. :)
To Run CCleaner all you have to do is right click the Recycle Bin on the desktop and select run CCleaner normally taking less than a 5 seconds to run.
NOTE: You can't have any web browsers open while its cleaning or it will not clean ( So best time to do it is when you are done searching the web just close out and Run the CCleaner.
NOTE: When installing updates to ccleaner - it will ask you to install yahoo toolbar (uncheck this box)
4.Open Office - This is an alternative to the Microsoft Office Suite ( and it is Free) (Only Installed If Asked)
You can get it from http://www.openoffice.org
5.K-Lite Codecs - Do you download movies and get confused by all the different formats and codecs? Now you don't need to worry about downloading your movie codecs separately. You can do it all in one go and be ready for any video format that comes your way.
6.WinRAR 3.93 (32-bit) orWinRAR 3.93 (64-bit)- WinRAR is an archiving utility that completely supports RAR and ZIP archives and is able to unpack CAB, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR, ISO, 7Z, Z archives. It consistently makes smaller archives than the competition, saving disk space and transmission costs.
I have also installed all of the latest Windows Updates and the integrated programs within ex; Internet Explorer/Windows Media Player/ Windows Live
