2.     An appointment time is agreed and booked ( Same Day ) Evenings Work Best!
3.     Abet Computers sends you a link via E-Mail to download the remote tool.
4.     Abet Computers will call you on set appointment.
5.     Abet Computers will instruct you on the use the remote connect program.
6.     You pay up front for our diagnostic charge of $10.00 through Paypal (no Paypal account required) using a debit/credit card, or pay direct to us with your debit/credit card over phone.
7.     I connect and fix the problem(s)
8.     I send you an invoice/receipt.
9.     Should your computer require extra work, other than the diagnostic, I put the diagnostic fee, towards the cost of the repair.  If you choose not to have us repair your computer for what ever reason, there is no other fee to be paid, other than the diagnostic charge.

Should I be unable to fix the problem remotely (i.e. a re-install is required) I will call you to schedule a drop-off. Should it not be practical to visit because of distance a refund will be initiated. ( Excluding Diagnostics )
